From our experience with this suit so far, you should add at least 10 pounds to your weight and then see what size you are on the sizing chart. For those with very broad shoulders and adding the 10 pounds keeps you in the same size, you may want to size up one size.

Important Fitting Tips:
Based on customer feedback, we believe the 2006 Orca Wetsuit Size Guide should be adjusted by 10 pounds in order to achive the best fit. We recommend you increase your weight by 10 lbs and select the size corresponding to this adjusted weight in the Size Guide. If the adjusted weight appears in more than one size range, we recommend you choose the larger size.
Apply a neoprene safe lubricant like BodyGlide throughout the upper part of your feet, lower legs and thighs.
Use weight as the main factor when using the Size Charts.
If your weight fall within two sizes, choose the larger size.

NEOPRENE – AQUASKIN SCS
This extremely flexible neoprene is the base material for all Orca wetsuit panels. AquaSkin SCS supports an uninhabited natural swimming motion, extending to a 520% elongation rate, which allows the material to trace your body's motion. HYDRASTROKE FOREARM PANEL
